Bringing a compassionate, joyful attitude to serving her clients, Andrea Davis is making an impact on people’s lives every day and having the time of her life doing it. A Michigan native who traded the cold winters for sunny Florida in 2019, Andrea still owns the successful cleaning company she started in Michigan, where her love of real estate was first kindled. “When I started my cleaning company, I found that I enjoyed working with real estate agents the most,” Andrea recalls. “I just loved watching the real estate market turn! Every time I met a new agent, they would tell me I would make a great real estate agent, so after I moved to Florida I got licensed.”

Almost immediately after Andrea got her start, the pandemic hit, but she made the best of the situation and her business took off quickly.

“After I sold my first house, the floodgates opened and I started building my team from there,” Andrea says. Now, as the team leader of Team Ocean Breeze, Andrea has many knowledgeable buyer’s agents working under her, including her husband and son-in-law, as well as a competent admin staff. The team has become an incredible production machine with an established footprint, serving Charlotte and Sarasota counties.

Team Ocean Breeze thrives because Andrea encourages them to bring the best of themselves to real estate.

“I’ve built our team based on letting people do what they do best,” she explains. “When you concentrate on your strengths, you’re so much more successful. Every person here is operating at full capacity, doing what they love and what their passion is.” As a result, Andrea says, “Production increases significantly, and morale is unbelievable! Everybody is happy, positive, and optimistic about what they do.”

This approach has proved a resounding success, and Andrea has earned the high honor of ICON status with eXp Realty.

When she is not working, Andrea loves spending time with her family and living the fabulous Florida lifestyle. She loves being by the pool with her kids and grandkids, as well as traveling, boating, and doing anything outdoors, from kayaking to fishing.

I’m a game and logic puzzle geek who’s secret power is finding loopholes in life. I spent my school years either tutoring kids or in the principal’s office trying to get out of detention. My mom was flipping houses back in the 70’s to augment our income. I cut my teeth on the smell of fresh paint. I have lived in over 60 houses (!) learning the magic of hard work, vision, (and mad moving skills).

I had the good timing to start a career in real estate right as the market crashed in ’07. I learned the value of doing the opposite of the pack. I built a successful 7-person team and helped hundreds of families each year navigate through some of the toughest financial decisions they had ever faced.

In 2011 I began doing start-up and turn-around real estate offices and then founded The Works Coaching, Inc. A wise person once taught me that if you help enough people get what they want, then you will always get what you want.

I currently live in the quirky little art town of Mount Dora, FL and am married to the love of my life. We spend our weekends exploring all the cool spots only the locals know. I believe in giving back, trying new things, running a marathon just to say you did it, and, if I’m really lucky, (and I am) I get to learn something interesting from every person I meet.

He is a devoted husband to his wife Bianca and a loving father to his two daughters Kayla and Emilee. Bianca is a certified High Performance & SUCCESS® Coach with an Executive MBA and extensive leadership roles’ experience at International Corporations, including Microsoft. They are a ‘power couple’ with a passion for coaching top real estate teams and leaders across North America.

In his down time Justin loves to enjoy the beauty of living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Camping with his family in remote west coast destinations, fishing for salmon & halibut or exploring the ocean in search of migrating whales. His latest passion is the pursuit of achieving a personal pilot license following in the footsteps of his grandfather. He enjoys year round golfing, snowboarding in the winter and surfing in the summer.

I was raised in Southeast Idaho and migrated to Boise in 2000. I began my career in Real Estate as a Mortgage broker in the mid 90’s. I eventually got licensed as a Realtor in 2005. Going into 2008 was extremely difficult and I realized I did not have the skills to compete and eventually lost everything. I focused more into the lending side of things till the market started coming back. In 2016 I decided to make a change and move to North Idaho for a better quality of life but unfortunately I had no sphere. I moved into a small resort community where it seemed like there was a realtor on every corner. I knew I had to get better than I was so I got a mentor then doubled down into coaching. I went from brand new agent again to being in the top 2% of Realtors within 5 years. I attribute it to the great coaching and mentoring I received during that time. I came to be a huge believer in coaching and what it can do for those that are willing to look inside themselves and hold themselves accountable. Today I continue to seek coaching and have 3 coaches at this time. I feel my ability to understand people’s needs, listen to their concerns, and commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction allows me to help others understand and reach for their goals. I am also a real estate business owner and have a team that I work with and I am in the trenches with everyday. I find success in watching others find their success and by sharing my failures and successes.
