Justin White is a Certified High Performance Coach & SUCCESS® Coach with DISC and Motives Certification. He specializes in coaching and training corporate high level executives, business entrepreneurs and leadership management teams. Justin is a licensed REALTOR® with eXp Realty and is the CEO of the High Tide Real Estate Group in British Columbia, Canada.

Justin understands the mindset and psychology of successful entrepreneurs having started his first company at just 17 years old. Being a visionary pioneer and creating multiple companies from the ‘ground up’ in different industries is something that intrigues and energizes Justin’s creative abilities. He has forged the way in industries of home cleaning services, hydro-organic greenhouse food production, retail/online gardening sales, video game franchising/development and the cellular electronic repair industry.

Early in his career of business development Justin began to learn the value and skills of investing in commercial and residential real estate. His real estate portfolio includes multi-family investments, commercial/retail properties, residential development and short term passive rental income opportunities. His passion for serving others and building equities for generations to come are woven into his real estate investment principals.

As well as being an established coach and successful entrepreneur Justin’s main driver in life is his family. He is a devoted husband to his wife Bianca and a loving father to his two daughters Kayla and Emilee. Bianca is a certified High Performance & SUCCESS® Coach with an Executive MBA and extensive leadership roles’ experience at International Corporations, including Microsoft. They are a ‘power couple’ with a passion for coaching top real estate teams and leaders across North America.

In his down time Justin loves to enjoy the beauty of living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Camping with his family in remote west coast destinations, fishing for salmon & halibut or exploring the ocean in search of migrating whales. His latest passion is the pursuit of achieving a personal pilot license following in the footsteps of his grandfather. He enjoys year round golfing, snowboarding in the winter and surfing in the summer.
