She is a former successful Corporate America Executive who has led & trained many professionals around the world for 16 years. Throughout her corporate tenure, she noticed one thing in common: the majority of successful people are not fulfilled in their lives. And wouldn’t you agree that success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure? She too fell into this category once in her life until the day she decided to become personally and professionally fulfilled in all areas of her life by hiring a coach who helped her step into her greatness, be successful and feel fulfilled.

A Brazilian Native, an US citizen and a Canadian resident, Bianca speaks Portuguese (native) and is fluent in English and Spanish. She was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, lived in Los Angeles, Miami and Denver. When she is not in the US, she enjoys residing in Vancouver Island with her husband, Justin, who she shares the love of supporting 2 beautiful children, the joy of having 3 active Labs and the adventures from fishing, RVing, golfing and traveling around the world.
