Tracy comes to coaching with a background in teaching and education administration, and more than 15 years of successful business ownership and management. She’s most recently added a career in real estate and is a certified mentor with eXp Realty, in addition to being a SUCCESS coach.

Tracy’s passion is helping others, and that help comes in many forms. As a teacher or mentor she helps others learn new information and skills related to their role. As a coach she guides her clients through discovering how their skills can be applied and new skills learned and put into action to achieve the goals they have set for themselves in their lives and/or careers, while holding them accountable to themselves and their coaching agreement ensuring they follow through with the actions they agree to take to reach those agreed upon goals.

In her personal life, Tracy loves to travel, hike, kayak, and spend time with her husband and two adult children, as well as other family, friends, and social hours with peers, volunteering and supporting financially various community programs, events and nonprofits. Her entire business model is set up to support her living, giving and retiring (some day).
