Holly started her Real Estate after an extensive business career which included many years in the banking industry. The main emphasis of her banking career was centered on commercial and residential lending. She has earned numerous awards over the years for exceeding company goals and for her efforts in providing exemplary customer service.

Holly is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and has extensive knowledge and understanding of both the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.

Holly has been an active member of the CABR, CABR City Ambassador program, OAR committees, and the Storybook Project that helps to promote public awareness of new city developments. Holly is also a designated “Certified International Property Specialist”, which has given her the tools needed to globalize her business and help clients with their international and domestic property transactions. Holly has been married for 35 years to the love of her Life, Tom Maloney. They have raised 5 wonderful children.
