As an active real estate agent and entrepreneur, David founded the ICON Luxury Group based on a foundational principle of being obsessed with agent success. He set out to create a real estate team that would surpass the industry standards in product knowledge, sales, and customer satisfaction. He created the brand, cultivated the culture, documented processes, created training manuals, developed marketing templates, devised agent and client resources, and developed successful training that yielded immediate results for the agents.

Over the past two years, David has grown the ICON Luxury Group to 44 agents, and he continues to attract real estate agents throughout the U.S.
