My passion is to serve and to help people achieve their individual goals and dreams. My personal mission statement is “Measuring success through others.” This is accomplished by investing time and energy into others so that they can achieve their goals and dreams.

As a coach I believe it is my role to ask thoughtful questions to help create a path to self-discovery rather than to dictate what to do and how to do it. Thoughtful questions help peal the layers back to create a clear picture of where you currently are in your journey, and it also helps you gain a clear picture of where you want to go. Once the destination is established, we will discuss what action steps and accountability measures need to be taken to start moving in the direction of your goal/dream. I recognize that your journey is unique to you, so it is important to meet you where you are in your own process/journey and then move with you to your destination.
