After a successful career in academics, Jeff transitioned to the business and entrepreneurship world and never looked back. After earning his undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degrees, he served as Chair of his department and Associate Professor for seven years. Jeff and his powerhouse partner, Lexy Sanchez, grew a real estate team to over 160 transactions in only 3 years with over $50 million in annual sales.

On stage, Jeff is regularly invited to speak on lead generation, recruiting, team building, motivation, and outside the box strategies to produce fast results and an increased bottom line.
