With almost 20 years working as a real estate professional, Monica Foster is a recognized leader in the industry. Having consistently received such accolades as one of the Top 250 Teams in the U.S. for transactions in Real Trend’s “The Thousand”, Houston Business Journal’s Top 5 Teams in Houston (for both volume and production), the NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Team Leaders (placing within the Top 10), and one of the Top 3 Standard Teams at eXp Realty for 2 years in a row, just to name a few.

Monica’s own personal struggles in her early adult life resulted in her desire to support and uplift women, not only in the real estate industry, but in life in general, to be the best version of themselves. Her focus when she started her team was to have an empowering female team (as evident by becoming #1 in the greater Clear Lake Area of Houston after only 8 years with just 4 other strong, female agents), and she serves as an inspiration to both women and men alike, not only in Houston, but across the U.S. and Canada.

In her spare time, Monica loves to travel and hike with her husband, primarily to the Caribbean and Mexico. Some of her favorite vacation destinations are St Lucia, Barbados and the Cayman Islands. Her near-term travel bucket list includes Machu Picchu, the Galapagos and Australia.

Monica has two children, Brittany – 32, who is a back up listing agent to her and also one of her top buyer’s agent, and Ryan – 28, who is a pit master and makes a mean brisket.
