Marcus Truman is a man on a mission. He is passionate about unlocking human potential and helping others live and lead courageously. After 23 years of service as a Survival Specialist and Combat Rescue Officer, he retired from the military and continued his true passion: coaching and teaching leaders how to reach their maximum potential. Marcus has taught Leadership and Character Development at both the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and the US Air Force Academy. He currently serves as Head Coach at SUCCESS® Coaching™and is continuing his personal growth as a Ph.D. Candidate in the Psychology of Human Performance.

Marcus is an avid outdoorsman, a loving husband, and a father of four amazing sons. His family is his life’s greatest joy, and he enjoys spending time with them whenever possible.
