Barbara has been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 17 years. She began her career in the fitness space as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is a former IFBB Pro Bikini competitor and has competed on the Olympia Stage. She has been featured on the cover of Muscle Mag Magazine and also featured in Muscle and Fitness Hers and Women’s Health Magazine.

Barbara is a former sponsored Bpi athlete and represented Bpi at both the Olympia and the Arnold Classic for 4 consecutive years. Her passion for nutrition led Barbara to begin Clean Creations in 2011, a healthy meal delivery service and grab and go. For the past 12 years she has been focused on helping people become their healthiest best selves through clean eating.

Barbara is a wife and mother to two young girls and her goal is to continue helping people on their journey to optimal health and wellness.
