Zealous in matching her career with a calling, Rebecca Robb parlays her decades of experience working in human resources and operations and as a thriving realtor into a career as a collaborative coach who works tirelessly to ensure her clients succeed. Relying on a bevy of skills cultivated working in operations, her professional foundation provides unique insights to plan and organize while doing something she truly loves: Working with people and encouraging their development.
Robb founded a monthly coaching group to cultivate new ways to bridge her clients’ growth with a practical path forward to maintain their desired results.
Motivated by social, aesthetic and utilitarian ideals, Robb supports her clients’ focus on their core selves and career decisions. She helps clients awaken and fortify self-awareness to strengthen behavioral patterns and communication skills, and works with them to uncover creative solutions to harness whole-life balance through reflection, integration and accountability practices.
Whether starting an entrepreneurial journey, revamping a career, looking to expand a team, or struggling with relationship management, Robb understands the importance of working with someone who focuses on behavior, motives, emotions and communication skills. She also knows clear, concise and effective communication is one of the keys to success. She pours her two decades of experience in small business operations, human resource compliance, employee performance and project management into her work as a development coach for entrepreneurs, bolstering self-improvement skills in business management, leadership, communication, mindset, community and team building and vision execution.
Utilizing her emotional intelligence and emotional quotient assessment certifications, Robb aids each client’s self-development skills by bringing awareness and alignment to their core self, beliefs and identity, and their impact on embracing or modifying behaviors and emotions.
As the founder and co-leader of a pro bono group that uses teaching and coaching skills to enhance whole-life wellness, Robb is adept at uncovering the core self and connecting self-development with a practical path forward. She is motivated by social interaction, feeding off the energy of others and supporting others to make the most of their own social interactions. She understands the benefit of curiosity and the importance of giving yourself time to reflect on conversations rather than springing into action without a plan.
She’s empowered by mindsets explained in Unbound: A Woman’s Guide to Power by Kasia Urbaniak and channels Urbaniak’s message to use the power of influence through effective communication. Realizing the importance of goals, Robb incorporates strategies to uncover the “why” behind where a client is in their journey, to help them determine “how” to achieve their goals and recognize their micro-actions to grow and move forward.
Her ability to understand others and form trusted connections allows her to uncover where her clients are ‘in the moment’ and help them identify where they are thriving. Understanding and identifying these key elements lets them explore their communication, behavior and motivators.
Alongside numerous professional accomplishments, her most proud accolade is being a mother to her teen son and tween daughter. Rebecca loves to travel with her family, often for her son’s BMX bike racing. When she isn’t working or traveling, you can typically find her on the sidelines of her children’s soccer, softball and volleyball games. She loves reading, listening to audiobooks and music, relaxing, tending to her succulent garden and unwinding in her “bloom room,” a makeshift sunroom in her home where she reads, meditates and recharges mentally and emotionally.
