Colt Charlebois has a deeply rooted passion for helping leaders live more fully in their purpose and calling. He believes that every person has a destiny and a purpose, and that it’s our collective responsibility to help one another live out those purposes. His goal is to live each day with the intention to coach leaders around the globe to lead from the heart and impact the lives of others.
Starting an empire
Charlebois’s career began as a home renovation and house flipping professional. Inspired by giving people advice on their homes, he combined his hands-on construction experience with his academic background in marketing and added a realtor license to his professional repertoire. This enabled Charlebois to skillfully guide others through the selling, buying and investing process he had expertly conquered. Charlebois’s sincere and outgoing character was an easy fit for fostering amicable relationships with all clients and industry professionals. His desire to guide others extended beyond his client relationships to fellow realtors in the real estate office he opened.
After more than 15 years building and sustaining a thriving real estate sales team that sold over 100 homes in one year, he understands the vital importance of recruiting top talent to develop a robust network that increases profit and encourages partnership alignment.
Facing burnout and pushing through
Charlebois is also keenly aware that leaders are often pulled off course when they are overwhelmed with the noise, the notifications and the demands of others. They may lose their way in pursuit of goals, or never seem to make meaningful progress in their health, personal relationships, or the causes they’re put on Earth to impact. Their bank balances may soar, but their gut may tell them they’re not making any progress in what truly matters. They may even struggle to identify what is most important to them because they’re chasing something they’re not certain they truly want to attain.
In fact, he experienced this firsthand as the result of spending many years building his real estate business for financial gain, followed by burnout that had a severe impact on his health and relationships. That difficult, yet pivotal awakening triggered Charlebois’s wake-up call to begin living for a higher purpose. His new outlook was enhanced when he worked with a coach he hired to help grow his real estate team. Charlebois wound up shocked to become a coaching client in search of his own life’s passion.
Thrown for a loop as he dove into his authentic personal and professional goals, perceived roadblocks and untapped passions, Charlebois discovered he preferred talking to realtors and helping them soar to new heights, instead of leading them as a business manager. Opening his heart and mind, Charlebois accepted a challenge from his mentor to coach a few real estate agents in the office, which unexpectedly became the start of his career as a coach… and the discovery of his life’s true calling.

Charlebois describes the experience of coaching other business leaders as life-giving. He has derived more professional joy and fulfillment than he ever expected, which helped him hand over the reins of his successful real estate sales business to pursue his authentic purpose of coaching and training leaders to recruit top talent, increase profit and build businesses that create meaning and fulfillment.
Viewing himself as a spark, especially for people who are lacking momentum, Charlebois’s strength is entering a situation and lighting a fire that helps clients get excited about the dream, ambitions and goals they’re pursuing—or wish they could pursue. Through active listening and asking key questions, he knows how to help clients reach a breakthrough. One of his favorite aspects of both coaching and speaking is his desire to keep learning, both about himself and others. He enjoys looking at clients’ strengths and resources to work together to develop a thoughtful strategy aimed at measuring results.
He’s also proud to be a safe haven for individuals, as well as an encouraging voice to many—to help unpack difficult situations and emotional traps standing in the way of development and success. Charlebois’s true passion comes from helping people achieve their personal goals.

Charlebois, his wife and young son enjoy family biking, hiking and other adventures. They’re also deeply rooted in their church and faith community and share their home with their beloved family feline, Astrid. Charlebois is also humbled to work on The ADAM Movement, an annual faith-based event for men that’s focused on helping them become more confident husbands, fathers and pillars of society.
