We were stuck in a rut, spinning our wheels, working 10 hour days and not feeling like we were getting ahead. We signed up for coaching as a couple as our goals are the same and we each own and operate our own businesses separately and together. When I spoke with SUCCESS about hiring a coach and was asked what I wanted, I said I was decently skilled, had no formal training and thought I should be able to do more business. After asking us few more questions, we were paired up with our SUCCESS Coach and we've jived so well since day one.

Commonly asked question about the SUCCESS Coaching expanded model
- If the client is “Company Generated” meaning it was sold by the corporate sales team OR if the client is an active eXp Agent then the split will be 60/40. 60% of the fee collected will go to the company and 40% of the fee collected will go to the coach. **
- For the purposes of Company Generated, eXp Realty agents and brokers will be considered Company Generated no matter the source.
- If the client is “Self Generated” by the coach. Meaning it was the coach that enrolled the client on their own with-out the corporate sales team helping AND the client does not work as an active eXp agent then the split will be 70/30. 30% of the fee collected will go to the company and 70% of the fee collected will go to the coach. **

- Upcoming Level 1, Level 2, Level 3…etc. training.
- SUCCESS Coaching is currently priced at –
- $1,000 month for “Top Producer” Coaching
- For agents who want to grow their business, live their best life, and cultivate deep community
- $1,500 month for “Leadership” Coaching
- For agents who want to grow their team and become a world class leader
- $2,500 month for “True Owner” Coaching
- For agents who are earning $1,000,000+ per year in take home income and are ready to become a true owner of their business vs active manager or producer. We believe that you should own your business vs allowing your business to own you.
** - there is a 7% fee that is removed from the total before the splits are activated. This 7% is to go towards administrative expenses, credit card fees, collection fees…etc.
