Rochester Realtor Debbie Renna-Hynes wows real estate professionals when she travels to various offices in several states to hold office meeting on “How to be a Mega Agent” Originally from the New York City area, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a Master’s in Education and was a former high school teacher and Department head for over 25 years. Debbie Renna-Hynes entered real estate in 2003.

Debbie, a local investor of over 40 years in the Rochester, NY Real estate market felt that with the interest she had in real estate combined with education it was a natural move to become a REALTOR. The merging of the two things she’s very passionate about led her to a very fast start in the real estate industry.

Renna-Hynes attributes her success in the real estate industry not only to hard work but having real estate coaches. “I have always known that education is important in any business” Debbie, quickly understood the importance of Coaching. She hired two coaches, and quickly began to be recognized as a top agent in her area.

She is the CEO of “The Renna Hynes Team” with eXp Realty. Debbie ranks high achievements with local, state, and national levels, and has received numerous awards throughout her career to include her most prized accolade, being named REALTOR Associate of the Year 2007, holding several designations, and ranked as one top agents of her Real Estate Board.

Her love for teaching continues and she became a Coach/Mentor/Trainer in 2010 Co-authored a book with Brian Tracy titled “Ignite Your Life” which became a Bestseller in two categories. And “The Death of the Traditional Real Estate Agent /Rise of the Super Profitable Real Estate Team” with two of her coaches.

Debbie currently trains, teaches, and coaches her team, various market centers, and coaching clients throughout North America. She was in the inaugural Certification Course for Success Coaching and is excited to be a part of this great organization!
