Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SUCCESS Coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

SUCCESS Coaching provides online coaching certification programs, educational content, resources, and community features. Our services include but are not limited to:

• SUCCESS Certified Coach™ training programs (Tiers 1-3)
• Video lessons, assessments, and practicum requirements
• Coach resource library and toolkit
• Community forums and networking features
• Digital certificates and credentials

Account Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Enrollment and Payment

Pricing

Program pricing is displayed at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments.

Payment Terms

• Full payment or payment plan enrollment is required for access
• Payment plans require completion of all scheduled payments
• Failed payments may result in access suspension until resolved

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with the program, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, enrollments are non-refundable.

Certification Requirements

To earn your SUCCESS Certified Coach™ credential, you must:

• Complete all required coursework and assessments
• Fulfill practicum hour requirements
• Pass final assessments with the minimum required score
• Adhere to the SUCCESS Coaching Code of Ethics

We reserve the right to revoke certifications if ethical violations or misrepresentation are discovered.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is owned by SUCCESS Coaching or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials
• Share login credentials or access with others
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works from our content

Private Label Rights (PLR) resources are subject to their specific license terms.

Code of Conduct

When using our services and community features, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• Not share confidential information about clients or peers
• Represent your credentials accurately
• Not spam, solicit, or engage in unauthorized commercial activities

Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.

Limitation of Liability

SUCCESS Coaching provides educational content and certification. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or business results. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, experience, and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUCCESS Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
