When you take the SUCCESS DISC Assessment, we additionally collect:

- Your calculated DISC scores and profile type
- AI-generated analysis content (if you purchase the premium report)
- Payment information for premium report purchases (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details)
Your assessment responses and results are stored in our database and associated with your email address. We use this data to generate your results, deliver your report, and for email communications related to coaching resources. We do not sell your assessment data to third parties.

When you access our platform, we automatically collect:

DISC Assessment Data Usage
Specifically for DISC assessment data, we use your information to:

- Generate AI-powered premium analysis reports (if purchased)
- Send your results and related coaching resources via email
- Tag your profile (disc_free or disc_premium) for relevant email communications about coaching programs and resources
- Improve the assessment experience and question quality through aggregate, anonymized analysis
Your free-form text responses may be processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic) to generate your premium report. These responses are sent to the AI service solely for the purpose of generating your analysis and are not used to train AI models.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties who assist in operating our platform (payment processors, email services, analytics, AI analysis providers)
- Community Features: Other users may see your profile in our coach directory if you opt in

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
DISC Assessment Data Sharing
For DISC assessment services specifically, your data may be shared with:
- Supabase: Our database provider, which stores your assessment responses, scores, and profile data
- Stripe: Our payment processor, which handles premium report purchases (Stripe receives your email and payment details; we do not store full card numbers)
- Anthropic: Our AI analysis provider, which processes your DISC scores and free-form responses to generate premium reports (data is sent via API and is not used for model training)
We do not share your individual assessment results with employers, other users, or any third party for marketing purposes.
DISC Assessment Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your DISC assessment data at any time by contacting us at privacy@success.com. Upon request, we will delete your lead record, assessment responses, scores, AI analysis, and any associated payment records within 30 days. Please note that anonymized, aggregate data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
