Kati Spaniak, author of “How to Build a Rock Star Real Estate Team Without Going Crazy” has been selling real estate since 2012.

Since that time she went from successful single agent to managing a successful real estate team selling over 600 transactions and $325 million in volume. She made almost a million dollars in her first three years selling real estate and over $8 million in gross commission income over the course of her career.

Too many coaches provide great ideas that cost a lot of money and don’t actually ever work. Kati’s success comes from understanding her own personality profile and leveraging that into millions of dollars in income. She teaches other agents how to understand their own personality profile, so they can use it to build a crazy-successful business of their own.

Kati was awarded the 2021 ICON Instructor of the year at her brokerage, eXp Realty. That award was given to Kati for excelling at coaching and training thousands of agents during the year. In addition, Kati serves on the board of her local real estate association. She is president of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors for the 2022-23 year. She was named Who’s Who in Chicago Agent Magazine as well as being nominated for Chicago Suburban MVP for 2022. She has also been featured on the Real Trends top 1.5% for all agents in the country.

Kati has been a lifelong resident of Northbrook, Illinois, and has five daughters. Her favorite activity is to open a bottle of wine with her husband and sit around the dinner table with her family for hours talking and laughing and building memories.
