She is a former IFBB Pro Bikini competitor and has competed on the Olympia Stage. She has been featured on the cover of Muscle Mag Magazine and also featured in Muscle and Fitness Hers and Women’s Health Magazine.

Barbara is a former sponsored Bpi athlete and represented Bpi at both the Olympia and the Arnold Classic for 4 consecutive years. Her passion for nutrition led Barbara to begin Clean Creations in 2011, a healthy meal delivery service and grab and go. For the past 12 years she has been focused on helping people become their healthiest best selves through clean eating.

Barbara is a wife and mother to two young girls and her goal is to continue helping people on their journey to optimal health and wellness.

I’m married with 4 amazing kids and a pet Samoyed named Cooper.

Tracy’s passion is helping others, and that help comes in many forms. As a teacher or mentor she helps others learn new information and skills related to their role. As a coach she guides her clients through discovering how their skills can be applied and new skills learned and put into action to achieve the goals they have set for themselves in their lives and/or careers, while holding them accountable to themselves and their coaching agreement ensuring they follow through with the actions they agree to take to reach those agreed upon goals.

In her personal life, Tracy loves to travel, hike, kayak, and spend time with her husband and two adult children, as well as other family, friends, and social hours with peers, volunteering and supporting financially various community programs, events and nonprofits. Her entire business model is set up to support her living, giving and retiring (some day).

Ellen has been happily married to the love of her life, Mike Butters, for 38 years. She has supported him as he served this country for more than 20 years as a USMC Harrier Pilot through multiple deployments, conflicts and Desert Storm. Together they have raised four adult children who continue to bring them joy, craziness, and blessings; 7 grandchildren and counting! Ellen considers these relationships to be the foundation of her servant’s heart. ~“I put my heart into everything I do and everything I do is for the glory of God!”

Ellen believes it is important in life to continue to grow personally & professionally. She has a number of awards for excellence, honors, & certifications. She has served on a number of boards and committees locally and at the state level. I spent 18 years as a mechanical engineer in R&D product development prior to becoming a realtor. My first job out of school was Bell Labs where I earned most of my 35 patents and my Masters in Mech. Eng. from Columbia. Fast forward those 18 years and my wife had more prospects and clients than she could handle, so in 2013 she recruited me into KW from my technical sales / engineering / project management job 1.5 hours from home.

In those intervening 10 years, I’ve sold $115m in volume, gotten my luxury certification and became a Guild member of ILHM in 2015, moved to eXp in 2019 & became a certified instructor in 2019, and a Success Coach in 2022. Most importantly, 35 of my last 37 buyer sides I’ve taken the client out once and gotten them under contract.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy cars (especially tracking them), which includes coaching teens car control and accident avoidance with Street Survival as well as volunteering as a safety and corner worker with Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing. Additionally, I’ve taught mogul skiing to the physically disabled with Crested Butte’s Adaptive Program, and love skiing, hiking the backcountry, and cooking – but not all at the same time.

Born in Killeen, TX, Jeremy is a native Texan who was raised in Southern California but made his way back to Texas as soon as he could!

Jeremy married his high school sweetheart 11 months after having their first child at the age of 17 and right after graduating from high school and US Navy boot camp. He is a father of 4 amazing children and if you ask him, being a dad is the best thing in the world!

Jeremy initially got into real estate in 2003 and quickly got out in 2006 when the market crash started in the High Desert of California. That led him to start a career at BNSF Railway where he worked for almost 10 years, moving up the ranks from a Train Conductor to a Train Dispatcher and eventually a Chief Dispatcher.

After moving to Texas in 2012 and being promoted to a Chief Dispatcher, life happened. Jeremy found himself not able to provide for his oldest son’s college tuition and that is the event that lit the flame that turned into a whole inferno!

Jeremy got licensed again in 2015, closed 41 transactions in his first year while still holding down a career at the railroad. He realized it was time to leave the railroad and closed 78 transactions the first year he was able to completely dedicate time to building his real estate business. He joined forces with Venessa in the beginning of 2016 and the rest is history!

Justin understands the mindset and psychology of successful entrepreneurs having started his first company at just 17 years old. In his down time Justin loves to enjoy the beauty of living on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Camping with his family in remote west coast destinations, fishing for salmon & halibut or exploring the ocean in search of migrating whales. His latest passion is the pursuit of achieving a personal pilot license following in the footsteps of his grandfather. He enjoys year round golfing, snowboarding in the winter and surfing in the summer.

I have worked in many industries for more than 30 years in business and management that ultimately led me to real estate and coaching. My first year in real estate I sold a little over $5 million in sales and was a recipient of the Rising Star award. I didn’t know the business but jumped in and figured it out. I had many obstacles and challenges but found success.

I am currently a licensed Broker and leader of a small sales team in California and working on expanding my business to include a sales team in Texas as well. I’m an active volunteer in my community with many non-profit groups and currently serve as a member of the board for my local real estate association, the Ojai Valley Board of Realtors.

I was raised in Southeast Idaho and migrated to Boise in 2000. I began my career in Real Estate as a Mortgage broker in the mid 90’s. I eventually got licensed as a Realtor in 2005. Going into 2008 was extremely difficult and I realized I did not have the skills to compete and eventually lost everything. I focused more into the lending side of things till the market started coming back. In 2016 I decided to make a change and move to North Idaho for a better quality of life but unfortunately I had no sphere. I moved into a small resort community where it seemed like there was a realtor on every corner. I knew I had to get better than I was so I got a mentor then doubled down into coaching. I went from brand new agent again to being in the top 2% of Realtors within 5 years. I attribute it to the great coaching and mentoring I received during that time. I came to be a huge believer in coaching and what it can do for those that are willing to look inside themselves and hold themselves accountable. Today I continue to seek coaching and have 3 coaches at this time. I feel my ability to understand people’s needs, listen to their concerns, and commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction allows me to help others understand and reach for their goals.
