Jeff Rubenstein

Hi, I’m Jeff. My mission in life and business is to help people realize their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. As a SUCCESS™ certified coach and seasoned Real Estate Team Leader, I’ve gained a wealth of experience that I’m eager to share.
I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2004 and have sold over 500 homes during my career. In addition to my work in sales, I’ve also been coaching real estate agents and teaching and mentoring them since 2015. To date, I’ve taught my classes to over 7000 real estate agents and have helped hundreds increase their productivity, sell more homes, and make more money.
I’m deeply committed to the well-being of others, and I believe that everyone has the capacity to achieve greatness. My wife and two kids bring immense joy to my life, and I cherish spending time with them. I’m a huge sports fan and enjoy playing guitar (although not as much as I used to), hiking, backpacking, camping, fishing, and traveling. I’ve lived in multiple states across the country and settled down in Colorado in 2000.
I earned a B.A. in Human Psychology from Boston University, which has provided me with a strong foundation for understanding human behavior and motivation. In my free time, I coach my kids’ sports teams and volunteer in their public schools. I’m also actively involved in several charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and The Homelessness Prevention Initiative, where I serve on the Board of Directors.
I believe that a business can only grow to the extent that its leaders are willing to grow personally. That’s why I’m constantly working on myself so that I can better serve those around me.
